What we collect
When the opportunity form is available, we collect the contact and property facts you choose to provide: name, email address, relationship to the opportunity, address, location, unit count, price guidance, listing URL, and a short note.
How we use it
We use the information only to review the possible acquisition and to contact you about it. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or add it to a marketing audience.
Where it is stored
When the intake is configured, approved submissions are stored in a dedicated Stu Property Group Google Sheet and are available only to the founders. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled.
What not to send
Do not send tenant personal information, bank information, Social Security numbers, or files through the form or email fallback.
Retention and deletion
We retain an introduction only while it is relevant to an initial review, then delete it from the intake record. To request deletion of a submission, email hello@stupropertygroup.com with enough information to locate it.
